Blended training involves some combination of facilitated training with online training/testing (E-Learning). For example, your people could learn some of the theoretical foundations of giving constructive feedback by completing an online module. At a later date, a facilitator would conduct training in person, likely incorporating application of those foundations in various problem-based learning activities and role playing. In addition, testing a trainee’s grasp of the material could be conducted online at a date following the facilitated training. Most of the content areas offered in the facilitated format can also be offered in a blended format.
