What is blended training ?
Blended training involves some combination of facilitated training/instruction with online training/testing (E-Learning). ETS offers pre-training, post-training supplemental instruction, annual reviews, and information awareness sessions, all of which could be blended.
ETS post-training supplemental instruction programs are required to be blended. They are to be verified by a Competent or Qualified Person. If an internal system is not available, as with all ETS tailored programs, there are documentation systems available.
