Training Gap Analysis

Training Gap Analysis (TGA), is also referred to as Training Assessment, Training Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, or Training Needs Assessment.

A TGA can be extremely complex and detailed or simplified. It is basically the process of identifying the gap between employee training and related training needs.
