From assessing a single individual to a company-wide analysis, HRF can select the right tools to measure a wide variety of knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs), as well as attributes and behaviours in your employees and how their coworkers view them. Feedback of assessment results can be conducted by an HRF consultant or can be handled internally. Assessment can be one-time consulting service, but it is often a starting point to a longer relationship involving in-depth employee development. Assessment often reveals a mismatch between the demands of a given position and the KSAs of the person currently in that position.
